The 2 Week AI for Project Management Certification is designed to help project managers, team leads, coordinators, business professionals, and aspiring PMs use Artificial Intelligence to plan better, communicate faster, reduce manual work, and manage projects with greater clarity and confidence.

In today’s fast-moving business environment, project managers are expected to handle planning, documentation, meetings, reporting, risks, priorities, stakeholder communication, and team coordination all at once. This course shows you how to use AI tools, AI copilots, and AI-powered workflows to simplify those responsibilities and create a more efficient project management system.

During Week 1, you will focus on planning, documentation, and reporting. You will learn how AI can support modern project management by helping you define project goals, create clear project charters, break down objectives into actionable tasks, and structure work in a way that teams can easily understand. You will also explore how to use AI for creating PRDs, user stories, requirements documents, specifications, status updates, summaries, and weekly project reports. By the end of Week 1, you will build your own AI PM Workspace, a practical system for organizing project planning, documentation, and communication.

During Week 2, you will move into risk management, task prioritization, workflow automation, and AI copilots. You will learn how to identify potential project risks, create mitigation plans, prioritize backlogs, support sprint planning, automate follow-ups, summarize meetings, and use AI as a decision assistant. You will also explore scenario planning and learn how to design an end-to-end AI-enhanced project workflow that can be scaled across teams.

This course is practical, beginner-friendly, and focused on real-world project management use cases. You do not need to be a technical expert or AI engineer. The goal is to help you understand how to apply Generative AI, automation, and AI-assisted decision-making directly inside everyday project management tasks.
