I continued to learn with 2018–Present with use of AI for Project Intelligence

o AI-based task prioritization (Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Viva)

o Generative AI/NLG for real-time executive summaries

o Dynamic resource allocation via ML models

· Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) integrated into PM tools

· Agile teams using AI to manage backlogs, estimate velocity, detect blockers
