Breakup Grief: Healing after Heartbreak and Finding Yourself Again is a 6-module program whereby you can work from your pain while rebuilding your life. Each of the 6-modules combines therapy strategies, self-reflection questions, and guided practices that will always begin from your present place, still early on your grief journey or ready to step out facing your future with courage.
In this course you will uncover the path of celebrating your emotions, releasing self-doubt, and mapping out a confident image of the next life you aspire to. Think of it as a map and handbook: structured enough that you will follow its guidance, flexible enough that you will make go at your own pace. By the end of it you will feel not only stronger but capable, empowered and prepared for whatever lies ahead.
