[100% OFF] CAPM Exam Prep: Earned Value, Scrum, PMI Domains, 120+ Tools
150 questions, 72 seconds each? Predictive, agile and business analysis, earned value, critical path, study plan
Course Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
150 questions, 180 minutes, 72 seconds for every question about what the project manager should do next. Here are 123 tools to prepare: 78 ready-to-use templates, procedures, checklists and formulas and 45 models and methods explained with examples.
Open a lecture, take the earned value formulas, and solve the first practice question.
Why CAPM candidates struggle
The exam mixes predictive, agile and business analysis. Candidates memorise terms but not what to do next, formulas are learned without practice, and study has no plan.
What changes after this course
You know what to do next in each approach, calculate earned value and critical path, practise in the real domain weights and follow a study plan to exam day.
A note on the structure
CAPM and PMI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute. This course is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI. You receive a Udemy Certificate of Completion, not a PMI credential.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
At the STB TV channel, TV projects had a semi-matrix structure: a creative leader and an administrative leader, the producer. We had to account for both roles, plus the mentor and HR, and we used a RACI matrix to make clear who is responsible, who does the work, who is consulted and who is informed. Most project problems are role problems first.
