Course Description

296 tools for HR work in Claude in one course: 192 ready-to-use AI prompts, templates, procedures, question lists and checklists, 63 services and apps shown on screen, 25 downloadable tool files, and 16 models and methods.
Open a lecture, copy the prompt or download the file, use it in your HR work this week.
Why a chat window is not enough
Most HR people use AI the same way: open a chat, explain the company from the start, get a generic text, fix it by hand. Next day the same again. The assistant does not know your policies, your grades or your tone. The useful part begins when the knowledge and the rules live in a Project, the repeatable work lives in Skills, and you only give the task.
What changes after this course
Each HR function has its own Project: recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, compensation, people operations and analytics. A job description, a 30-60-90 plan, a review draft or a pay equity check starts from a ready Skill. Employees get answers on policies from an assistant with an escalation rule. And everything is packed into one plugin your team can install.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I use Claude for my own HR analysis. Once I ran a large employee survey on the employer value proposition in a company. The export was a huge file, 1,600 rows and 200 columns. Turning such forms into structured feedback by hand takes a lot of time. I gave Claude the export, it analyzed it and built a clear report by itself, because it knows what a proper report looks like. I also do not type long prompts. A good prompt is not one line, so I often turn on the microphone and just say it: this is the situation, this is the input, this is what I need from you. It understands this very well.
How to use the course
Go through the first four sections in order: each lecture builds one Project and gives you files to set it up. Then open what you need next: automation across HR functions, HR agents or the ChatGPT section. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
