Course Description
This course gives you a complete and practical understanding of Contract Management, starting from the basics and moving all the way to advanced concepts. You will learn how contracts are created, managed, monitored, and closed in real projects. The course covers every stage of the contract life cycle, including planning, drafting, negotiation, performance management, change control, risk management, compliance, payments, disputes, and contract closure.
You will understand the key elements of a valid contract, important legal concepts, common contract types, and essential clauses used in business, construction, IT, procurement, and service contracts.
