[100% OFF] Executive Career: Get on the Shortlist First, 400+ Tools
Senior roles filled before they are posted? Executive search, personal positioning, senior competencies, interviews
Course Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Senior roles are rarely filled by someone who applied. They are filled by someone a search consultant already had on a list, months before the role existed. Here are 408 tools to be on that list: 267 ready-to-use question lists, templates, procedures, checklists and AI prompts, 89 models and methods, 49 services shown on screen and 3 working files.
Open a lecture, take the template, and start building your position for the next role.
Why applying does not work at this level
At senior level, the best roles are never advertised. Search consultants work from target companies and long lists, assessors interview against competencies you have not been told about, and the shortlist is set before you hear about the role. Strong managers send CVs and wait.
What changes after this course
You know how search works and how to get onto the lists. Your positioning and reputation are visible, you can show the competencies expected one level up, you prepare for the assessor's interview, and you run your own search with a system, a CV, LinkedIn and a financial runway.
What is inside: 408 tools, counted lecture by lecture
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
- 45 downloadable resources: lecture presentations plus 3 working files: an executive move timeline workbook, a career options analysis workbook and a personal financial planning workbook

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
As a recruiter at Alfa-Bank I once found a candidate at another bank who earned $1,000 a month in weaker conditions, while we could offer $2,000 from the start and $2,500 later, a modern team and a better office. He was in his fifties, he fit the role, and it was clearly better for his career, but he was afraid to move, and the real work was to help him decide.
