The course then builds upon ServiceNow platform fundamentals, exploring how core capabilities such as tables, forms, navigation, and relationships between policy, risk, and compliance modules create the backbone for effective governance and oversight.

A major focus is placed on Policy and Compliance Management, where learners will gain hands-on knowledge in defining and managing policies, standards, and controls. Emphasis is given to real-world practices such as gathering compliance evidence, performing attestations, conducting continuous monitoring, and executing control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
