[100% OFF] Quality Manager Course: ISO 9001, Audits, CAPA, 190+ Tools
Build a quality management system with 190+ tools: ISO 9001:2026, internal audit, corrective action and risk register
Course Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
ISO 9001:2026 and 190+ practical tool entries for a quality system with documents, owners and evidence.
Eight working files connect the quality manager role, process controls, internal audit, corrective action and management decisions.
When the system lives in a folder
The policy is signed, but people use different instruction versions. A supplier review, complaint or audit finding starts another search for the right evidence. Missing decisions and overdue actions return at the next meeting, while the quality manager coordinates work that still has no clear owner.
A connected working record
Daily work becomes easier to review when each process has an agreed control, a named decision role and a retrievable record. A supplier decision links to performance evidence; a corrective action links to its cause and result check. Management review draws on those records and turns unresolved issues into documented decisions, resources and actions.
The instructor and the source basis
Mike is an HR leader and academy founder with 20 years in HR, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. His management and teaching background informs the organization of responsibilities and working documents. In this PapaHR Academy course, he has brought together confirmed public-source requirements, practical templates and a connected fictional scenario. He does not claim experience as a quality manager or certification auditor.
The published 2026 edition: what changed and what it means in practice
The course is built on ISO 9001:2026, the sixth edition, published on 16 September 2026. The revision clarifies wording, strengthens attention to leadership and quality culture, separates risks from opportunities and improves alignment with other management system standards. For the working documents here, this means making leadership decisions visible, keeping risk and opportunity assessments separate and checking the intended results of changes. Annex A clarifies terms and the intent of requirements; the course paraphrases confirmed requirements rather than reproducing the standard text.
Under Global ACI’s transition requirements, organizations holding accredited ISO 9001:2015 certificates must complete transition by 30 September 2029; confirm your applicable audit arrangements and dates with your certification body.
The public-source basis is not a substitute for the complete standard. The templates are educational working documents, not a claimed exhaustive inventory of mandatory ISO documents. Scoring scales, weights, internal targets and example schedules are course rules of thumb to adapt to your situation.
What the tool count includes
The verified inventory contains 190 counted entries. It counts formats: a working file, its editable parts and a usable slide version can cover the same practice. It does not mean 190 separate downloads or distinct methods. The material package contains eight HTML files and eight PDF lecture decks.
- 8 interactive HTML working files, including: Quality Manager Starter Desk; Scope and Process Map Desk; Internal Audit Desk; Nonconformity and CAPA Desk.
- 49 editable working parts inside those files, including: Responsibilities; Scope; Risks; Audit plan; Stage 2 preparation.
- 133 ready-to-use slide bundles in the lecture decks, including: Evidence quality checklist; Scope boundary worksheet; Filled quality policy draft; Review result checklist.
- 43 templates and sample documents, including: System snapshot; Filled quality policy draft; Action plan card; Management decision record.
- 26 checks and validation rules, including: Process owner checklist; Scope approval checklist and clarification request; Risk evidence checklist; Review result checklist.
- 21 question banks and communication scripts, including: Gap review question bank; Audit invitation; Containment instruction; Evidence-based answer script.
- 33 tables, scales and decision matrices, including: Authority matrix; Likelihood scale; Release decision table; Audit evidence access map.
- 10 formulas and calculations, including: Nonconforming-unit rate calculator; Risk score card; Defective unit ppm card; Weighted score card.
Each complete checklist, question bank, script, table or calculation counts once. Repeated displays, document fragments, source cards, metaphors and export controls add no entries. Models and approaches explained, including Plan–Do–Check–Act and the process approach, are separate from ready-to-use documents and add zero extra entries.
Where the tools fit, stage by stage
Role and first plan — 30 entries: responsibilities, evidence index, gap assessment and implementation plan.
Scope and processes — 20 entries: context, interested parties, scope boundaries and process cards.
Policy and document control — 23 entries: quality policy, objective calculations, approval roles and version control.
Risks, opportunities and changes — 25 entries: risk statements, scoring scales, pilot decisions and change review.
Operations and suppliers — 23 entries: release criteria, supplier evaluation, approval conditions and action requests.
Internal audit — 25 entries: audit program, process checklist, evidence trail and finding report.
Nonconformity and corrective action — 16 entries: complaints, containment, cause and actions, implementation and effectiveness checks.
Management review and certification audit — 28 entries: dashboard, management decisions, evidence access and stage preparation.
First comes the role and evidence-based gap assessment. Scope and process handoffs provide the basis for policy, objectives, document control and action on risks and opportunities. Operational controls and supplier evaluation follow. Internal audit and corrective action then feed management review, which connects decisions and resources to preparation for the certification audit.
One fictional manufacturing example runs through all eight lessons: a contract producer of plastic housings and assembled subassemblies for industrial electronics. Every lesson also includes a service-company adaptation. Its people, records and example numbers are teaching data, not client results.
CAPA means corrective and preventive action, a common industry label for the log. The standard topic addressed here is nonconformity and corrective action. This course is not exam preparation; in-depth root-cause methods, BPMN, statistical process control, Six Sigma, sector standards and commercial QMS software configuration are outside its scope. Your sector may add requirements on top of ISO 9001.
This is an independent educational course. It is not an ISO publication, it is not accredited by ISO or any certification body, and it does not certify you or your company.
ISO develops standards; independent certification bodies certify organizations. A Udemy Certificate of Completion records course completion and is separate from professional or organizational certification.

The working tools open in a browser and keep your entries there. Each assignment creates one combined document pack for your organization, starting from a filled example and then your own evidence.
Start with the next missing decision
The next supplier issue or audit request creates work whether the evidence is ready or not. Another month of scattered records repeats the same search. Open the Starter Desk, record the first gap and give its next action an owner.
