Why job sites are not enough
The people you most want to hire are not looking for a job. They are not on job sites and do not answer the tenth identical message on LinkedIn. But they are somewhere: a developer keeps code on GitHub, a designer shows work on Behance, a marketer writes on X, and almost everyone has a profile on Facebook or Instagram. Each network is searched in its own way, and most recruiters know only one of them.
What changes after this course
You search each network with the right query and reach profiles outside your contacts. You find developers by their code and designers by their portfolio. You use AI to write job posts and messages and automation to save hours. You find a working contact outside the network. And your own profile makes people answer.
What is inside: 234 tools, counted lecture by lecture

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
My first recruiting in social networks was in 2007, when I was a recruiter at Alfa-Bank. It was LinkedIn, and a couple of months later Xing. I was one of the early people who registered there, when most people around me were only starting to hear about these networks. Facebook came later, and I used it actively too. At first Xing gave me as many results as LinkedIn. It is still useful for a search in Germany: people there get far fewer notifications, so your contact request has a better chance to be seen.
